‘Realistic’ on-time performance goals sought by Long Island president
Seems to me that on time performance is the most important thing a passenger railroad should worry about. Passengers only concern is when do I catch my train. If current schedules can’t be met, change the schedules, not how you justify not meeting the schedule.
