Realistic Rock Cliffs using Foam

If anyone could share what methods work best for them for making Rock Cliffs using foam. How do I get the carved foam to look like realistic rock cliffs?..I don’t want them to get heavy, so I’m reluctant to use plaster over the foam.These cliffs need to be removable, so getting too heavy is an issue…Thanks.

Bragdon Enterprises at http://www.bragdonent.com/ makes molds and casting foam. This would typically be applied over a foam shell, or it can be used to build a shell itself. This stuff is very light and reasonably strong, and if painted correctly it looks absolutely terrific.
