I’ve looked at the many threads on this website concerning REBOXX wheelsets and have concluded that they are highly recommended. So I’ve tried to order several sets online directly from REBOXX. They don’t respond to emails or phonecalls. I finally faxed an order to them with a followup email. Over a month later, still no response. Has anyone else had bad luck with these people? I rather suspect it’s a Ma 'n Pa operation.

I didn’t have bad luck with these people, but with their wheel sets. I tried two times, and both times the wheel sets were not of the quality I did expect them to be. Guage on some of these wasn’t correct, some did wobble, others were very weak on the insulated side that the wheel almost fell off. On some wheel sets all three of these issues could be found. That’s why I still use NWSL wheel sets. They have the largest selection I am aware of, and ALWAYS they had what I needed, and the quality is first class.
Can’t speak to Reboxx’s service since I’ve ordered most of mine from M.B. Klein: http://www.modeltrainstuff.com/category_s/279.htm
As to Reboxx quality, I’ve had no problems with any of the over 150 Reboxx wheelsets I’ve applied. YMMV, etc.
