If I click the Home link, it takes me to the Recent Activity feature.
That shows every post and every reply on every forum with the latest one first.
But, today, it seems to be only showing Fred Frailey’s blog posts.
Is it only me or is this happening to others?

Derek, I use IE8.
Everything was fine through the early afternoon, then it seemed to go awry.

I just logged on and noticed it right away. I thought it was strange. Oh well little programming gremlins are back. Just as long as my post count doesn’t shrink so I need to be moderated again.
Happening to me too…There have been other little glitches lately. A now removed announcement on the CTT forum said that they were doing work this weekend.
It appears that they are not showing up in the “My Activity” section of my profile…
And it seems comments on pictures are recognized on the “Home” section.
But, thanks, Kalmbach, for providing this forum. It is so useful!
Oh yeah, I missed that, about the missing “Activity”.
You have to wonder how this stuff suddenly gets so messed up.

I think that Fred Frailey hacked the web site and messed with the software so that all of the Forums messages got ignored. Yes, I am sure it was Fred. [(-D]

Make sure the far left corner ALL tab is selected and it should be okay. Mine is working just fine with Chrome.
Nope, All tab is selected and all I see is 1 Fred post and 1 Trains of Thought from hours ago.
Same here. It seems to make no difference what browser you’re using. I’m using Firefox.

Check again, if you will.
Do you see Recent Activity on the MR forums?

I tried that and all I get is Fred Frailey stuff. I click ‘More’ and I get more Fred Frailey stuff.

Please fix the faulty Recent Activity feature.
I submitted a report on it. Maybe it’ll do some good, maybe not. Can’t hurt.

Every time I try to login on my Windows 8 computer it takes me to the search page. If I want to post anything I have to use a iPhone or a Windows 7 computer.
Dave: Next time you’re on the Win7 computer copy the link you us there and email it to yourself. When you go to use your Win8 computer again just take the link you emailed and paste it into you r address line and see what happens. Worked for me only in my case it was from an XP computer to my Win8 computer.
Amazing what banging a couple of steel trash can lids together can do.
