Free rides for their Loyal Customers ??? In the middle of the month ? And just how do you give these free rides to the loyal customers who by their very nature are already paid-up by way of their monthly passes ? Only ones getting free rides are the rif-faf who steal free rides anyway. Care to discuss Fare Enforcement - which from what I hear is nearly non-existant !!!
