Red Horse rides again...

Hello my old model rail road buddies, Jesse Red Horse here, just dropping by to say hello and let you all know that I didn’t have room in the new place for a layout BUT I am displaying my trains in a nice presentation case.

I hope to add on a room soon for a rail roading room but that will be some time in the future.

I’m off to catch up on what’s been happing here.

All my best to you folks, miss reading the posts here!

Nice to see you again Red Horse. Don’t be a stranger.

Hello there!! Take care of yourself…[:D]

Jess:

Good to see you back. I was wondering recently what had happened to you. Hope you can get back to active model railroading before too long.

Joe

Hi again, Jess of Red Horse Nation.

You have been missed. Sorry to hear about your loss of space, but I know you will recover from that.

In the mean time, you can always build dioramas that you can incorporate into a layout when the time arises.

But stay plugged in here, we always enjoyed your comments and suggestions. You have a very creative mind.

Hope the health issues have improved and that you are feeling better.

I know you have been on several prayer lists.

Johnboy out…with my ear to the ground.[^o)]

Thanks John Boy,

my wife says the same thing about my mind, she said she would like to spend a week in my head I told her she would never be the same after…

I love your idea of making dioramas that I can put in a layout later, wish I would have thought of this before.

My first one will be a section called “Little Big Horn” one of the Natives victories over the invaders.

I’m thinking having all the grave markers where Custers men fell in their actual places depicted with in the diorama, I’ll do the grave site from historical maps and stuff.

Thanks, you got me planning now my friend.

Jess, we have been hoping against hope that you would pop up once more, both here and over at the other haunt. I had given you up for dead! [:|] I am very happy to see you posting again. I’m guessing it is a long and sorry story. I hope you are okay, on an even keel, and can begin to build yourself up again.

Crandell

Joeinpa,

Thanks for the welcome home!

Read the post here that Jhon Boy wrote, he recharged my love of modle rail roading and suggested something GREAT!

I’m happy to be back online, I get so busy during the Spring & Summer but when the Fall and Winter come I get more “Indoors” time.

Take care and we will be watching for your posts.

Don’t worry Crandell, I’m alive and doing VERY fine, landed on our feet,John Boy here had a great idea for me, check out his responce here.

I’ll try to pop in here more than I have, I got alot of stuff worked out and I’m enjoying life, I hope and pray that you are also!

Thanks Jeffery,

I love the slogan!

Jessie, great to see you back!

Have you ever been to the Dinner here at the site?

Places to shoot the bull and talk about trains and other stuff.

I am still fighting to keep my house, but I am about ready to walk away, I am sick of dealing with Bank of Stupid. Now if you can get the Sioux Nation To Attack Bank of America and do a Custer on them! [Y]

Hope to see you in the dinner!

Your Friend Ken

Hi Jess [#welcome] Back!!

You DON’T have to be building something {a Layout} to be here!!! We take you even if you are between the layouts and “armchair modeling”! I cut my small layout down to track with the idea of removing THAT and making it slightly larger, only there really isn’t any room for “larger”!

A module {2x4 feet} that could be later installed into a greater layout would be nice. You can even make them with removable/folding legs so when “finished” with one, you can start another!

I also like to build MRRing kits while the winter winds blow…maybe you can too!

Well, stop into the “Elliot’s Trackside DIner” thread and say hello!!!

Hey Jess,

Good to have you back on board! I had wondered about you many times. Hope you can soon get back to building a layout that will be a blessing to you!

Welcome back, Jess.

While you were gone, I wrote a novel! While the main character is a beautiful blonde (a high school classmate, RIP 1994) one of the people with whom she interacts is Chief Engineer (of a very fast starship on which she has been serving as third mate) Tall Horse, who came aboard at a planet named Harquahala. Their interaction is friendly professional respect.

Did you ever acquire the Quanah, Acme and Pacific locomotive for your warrior train?

Welcome back Jesse. And where there’s a will there’s a way.good luck

Hi,

glad to see that you are back in the saddle, Jess. Always looked forward reading your posts.
