Story mentions the Montgomery County emergency-management agency had some details on their Web site; I’d be sure that the agency has more details than it posted, and that might be your ‘first recourse’ for more details.
Interesting that the trackwork seems to have a high-speed wye switch from two tracks to one at about the point of the derailment, and it seems evident that a crew change was about to occur at that site – only one employee in the vehicle when the shower started.
