Nope - although we have had some minor input into that headache. Still wondering how long the local media can keep obscurring the truth about the stupid actions of two really dumb kids. The assertion on this morning’s news that trains “go too fast through there” just shows how badly the bad-guys are reaching. I assume this is a jury trial because some sort of equity card sob story, the argument is already lost from what I can see if it were just up to a judge or a judicial panel.

I think you’re right about the jury thing. They’re going to have a tough time there, too, though. Even my non-railfan friends think that its the goofiest case ever. If the railroad ends up getting sued, I seriously hope they countersue the boyfriend for his actions relevant to the case.
