I am starting my 2nd n scale layout and i was wondering is there any good online stores to buy remote switches that are cheap? not really wicked cheap but maybe like 12 or 10$ I would like a good quality switch too…Thankyou very much this will help so much.My LHS sells atlas remote switches for 18$!!!
If you are looking for manual switches for turnouts, try http://www.humpyard.com/ they have a very effective solution. As far as electric ones go, the tortoise is tough to beat, but more expensive.
