Repair for Williams Cab Forward 4-8-8-2

Hi, Can anyone help me find a schematic or directions or a repair shop for a O scale Williams Cab Forward. I can’t get it to run and have requested information from Williams and Bachmans with no response. Bought used at auction and came with no info. I live in NC. Thanks.

Have you tried calling them? Bachmann is usually quite helpfull. Emails often don’t get through because of spam filters.
