I acquired the aristocraft blue comet and an A-B-A set REA FA-1, FB-1 set. The locomotives need some work done on them and are in need of a few repairs. Can anyone Help me in where to get them done?
Should I just send them back for repairs or do you know of a dealer that does repairs?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jay, You should have a g gauge suppier in your neck of the woods he should be able to put you in touch with a repair centre if he does not do it. If you send them back to aristocraft first I would email thier service centre and get a quote as to costs its not the repair that is big dollers but the service charge and labour. Check this first and see if its worth the cost.[:)] Hope this helps
Howdy Jay; I would check the Aristo sheet that came with the equipment to see how repairs are handled. I have three Aristo Train Engineer’s and have had all repaired a couple of times over the past fifteen years. I followed their instructions for repairs and received them back working like new at no cost except $20.00 shipping. Each time the invoices stated they were still under warranty!
