I lost the part that holds the ball of the tilting coupler mechanism under the undercarriage of the Bachmann Acela coaches and Bachmann does not have this part. Where can I find a similar coupler mechanism with tilting technology that I can use to replace the current couplers in my Acela coaches and how will I install them? Any help very much needed.
you may have to go on ebay and look for a cheap, used Acela passenger car and use it for replacement parts. The bachmann assembly is a fairly custom set-up considering that trainsets of this nature are not particularly standard (especially Acela)

I appreciate your effort, hovever Bachmann does not have that part. I have searched there before. The link you provided has the coupler assembly, but not the part i was looking for.
