Request: MTH make the O Scale 2-Rail/3-Rail GP30 diesel with ALCo truck sides

What MTH has to produce as O Scale 2-Rail and 3-Rail models are the EMD GP30 Diesel Locomotives with ALCo FA Trucks in the paint schemes of

Gulf, Mobile & Ohio

Illinois Central Gulf

The Milwaukee Road

SOO LINE

Wisconsin Central

They have the ability to produce all the parts, as long as the production line is not backed-up.

MTH Locomotives are made in 2-Rail/3-Rail Convertable and 3-Rail compatible.

Life-Like has made the GP30 with ALCo Trucks in HO Scale.

It would be the 50th Anniversary of the Soo Line GP30s provided they were built in 2013.

Everybody please contact MTH on their website to ask for the GP30 with ALCo Truck sides. The more requests they get will make it more likely that the GP30s will be made this year.

Just a suggestion. If you are looking for support for the possible production of an O-scale version of the GP30, perhaps posting this on the Classic Toy Trains forum would be more appropriate.

Does this mean that the only O Scale allowed at and in Model Railroader is O Scale operated on HO Gauge tracks?

Is there no room in Model Railroader to run O Scale on 2-Rail O gauge tracks?

I never implied that, Andrew. All I was saying is that you’ll more than likely garner more support on the CTT forum for O-scale endeavors than here on the MR forum. It was just a suggestion.
