UP Was rerouting trains on its Milwaukee subdivision through Wisconsin to the twin cities because of flooding. Now CP is rerouting trains on the near UP lines because of flooding. BNSF will Probably be next, since they run along the river all the way to Minneapolis. does anyone know if they’re rerouting trains on the C&M sub and then cutting through Americas Dairyland?

I’ve heard from family in the Peoria, IL area that the UP is running intermodal on BNSF’s Transcon right now. I’m assumming flooding but could be something else.

UP has Trackage Rights over the BNSF Transcon as far as Vaughan, NM at escalating prices. So certain trains use the BNSF.
