Last christmas i got a tech4 350 and it was running perfect until one day i accidently slipped and hit the memory button, now my trians run limited if at all and its only in about a 1’1/2 secetion. ive cleaned the tracks and the wheels on the Loco’s but still nothing and all the contacts on the tracks are the same as the were when it was still running well. [:(!].soo does anyone no how to erase and rest the memory. The help is very appertiated … o ya it also didnt come with any intstructions for anyone that wants to get smart

I suggest that you send a email to the manufacturer and ask how to reset it to the factory default, if it’s possible. Is this MRC?

I have 2 tech4 #350’s and I had the same thing happen to me, if I remember right you
push: Program-Direction-Program and that should get you out of the slow speed mode that you are probably in now. If that does not work contact MRC they have always been helpful when ever I’ve had a problem.
