Resetting QSI decoder ???

Reading the Tech 6 instructions, it sounds like Shift 9 9 does exactly what I mentioned abovce to try with the NCE. Ops mode program address 0 (or maybe program track) and set CV1 to 3 and CV29 to 6.

If it runs on the Tech 6 it should now run as address 3 on the NCE.

I’m going through the QSI manual (all 468 pages!), and printing out the sections that I may want to have handy on the layout.

Good luck with that. I’ve found that to run a switcher and adjust some CVs for sound volume and speed, I use about 10 of the 468 pages. I’m not sure what the other 458 pages do…

Yeah, me neither!! When I got my Bachmann S-4 I was complaining about the lack of information available, but HOLY COW!!! Oh well, better to have it than not…
