I have an old Lionel #68 Exec Insp Car in need of cosmetic restoration… electromechanical parts work fine, but it needs front/rear bumpers, hdlights & repair for two small dents/crack on top… cleaning/repainting couldn’t hurt either. Any thoughts?.. Tx
Tough call, there have been a number of remakes of that piece in recent years. A cracked body is a big problem for collector value. You should really re-ask this question over on the Classic Toy Trains forum, as that is where the Lionel guys hang out.
