Restoration work continues on Midwest steam star No. 1385
I believe they have another steam engine restoration that is closer to completion. Does anyone know if there is an estimated completion date for that one. I would love to see steam on the Snow Train!
I remember taking that winter train ride. back in the 70’s, it was worth every penney & freezing moment. remember the old coal or wood burner in the corner of the car(is that whats known as a space heater ?)
