Reverse loops

Hello All,

I have a weird reverse loop situation I am trying to sort out, to see if this is even possible, I have a helix that the lower level handles a stating yard and a reverse loop that is already built and working, not shown here, from that point it goes up to the helix ( main deck) and tehre are 2 switches off the back of the helix that run out of the side os the helix on the main deck, there is also one more level up the helix that will be planned later on, what I would like to do on the main deck is give the train the ability to come down the helix and either go backj up, ride the main or go down, I nwould also like to give the train coming up from the helix to ride the main or go up or back down. I think the plan I laisd out will acomplish this , but I have no idea whwere i would isolate all of this, I know there is a reverse loop, but the isolation gets complicated it appears to be a double reverse loop. I will also want to add addition sidings on the main ( to be determined) that I am not sure would be part of the reverse loop section or stand outside it. The reverse loops are pretty big so I think i would be able to fit my entire train in that loop. the middle area on the pic is a crossover.

thanks for all and anyones help!! Open to any ideas …

Thanks so Much!!

When you say that the the middle area on the pic is a crossover, I assume you mean a crossing, a grade level intersection of the figure 8 tracks rather than an elevated cross over of one track above the other.

As you have drawn the track diagram, you have two reversing sections, one at each point where the figure 8 returns to the mainline (on theleft and on the right).
