Inter- and intra-modal connectivity, so often missing in US mass transportation, is the key to effective transit planning and service. The video “RI’s Transit Future” (@ link) shows that RI officials get that. Little Rhody has an enviable location in the NE and on the NEC. These plans could make it a big draw for development.
