I had disassembled this engine and put it back together… forgetting that you have to take the front headlight off [oops]. Does anyone on here know what kind of bulb it is[^o)]? The instructions don’t have any specifics. This is the newer one when Rivarossi still made them. thanks for any help!
When you say “newer”, do you mean the ones from this past decade with near-brass level detail and a top quality motor? If so, Hornby is making these again with the same parts and tooling, so you may be able to get the correct bulb from them.
If there is a circut board in the water tank with two resistors you have the standard 1.5 15ma bulbs. I know this because I just put a Tsunami in mine and forgot to change the bulbs and fried the headlight.
