Rivarossi Y6b

Hi, once again.

I need a wee bit of help. I have acquired a Rivarossi Y6b and in with the paperwork was a Soundtraxx flyer talking about a DSD 050 and a DSD 150 decoder for the engine, but there is nothing as to where the decoder would be placed such as in the tender or the engine itself.

I did write to the e-mail address that is at the bottom of the papers (notch8@aol.com) and to date (3 weeks) have not heard any thing from them.

Can anyone help with this?

Here’s some information concerning conversion of the Y6B to DCC that may help. I found this through a Google search using the term ‘Rivarossi Y6B’
