HO 8X12 L shape Making progress - actually laid some roadbed and pinned down some track to check distance between cars on the curves. A little concerned I may have the tracks too close together on the 18 and 22 inch radius curves. I have 2 1/4 inches from the center of one track to the center of the next track. Is that enought distance.??? I would like to run the smallest 50"s passenger train on the layout also and a little worried about clearance on the curved sections. The box cars seem to have enought clearance.
Also from the picture, the Switch Panels I know look kind of large. I may want to cut down the size of those also. What do you think? I think they won’t look so large once I get the switches in, the diagram in and paint the faces black.
