RLCX is a leasing company that has mostly SD40-2’s. Other leasing companies are, FURX, CEFX, GCFX, RLNX, ACFX(grain car leaser), and GNFX. The X at the end means “leasing”, but I don’t know where RLCX is located.

RLCX 8527 would be a B39-8. These units have been on lease to CSX for about 4 months now.

also is there any sites that I should try for my problem about the RLCX and his marker lights

I think it has always been like that. These units are exLMX and any photo that I find that shows the rear, also shows patched marker lights.

RLCX is Relco, based in Minooka, IL (near Joliet). The firm is well-known for its lease fleet of Alco switchers (including a High Hood) which generally work as plant switchers.

X at the end of a reporting mark represents a non-railroad owner, not necessarily a lease unit or car.
