This one is parked in Woodsville NH, less trucks, and looking a little shabby. I have no idea what railroad might have owned it.

It’s not much to look at here, but it was glorious in real life. It’s one of the International Car Company 81501-81509 series cabooses, maybe 81503? crossing Rockport Road southwest of Bloomington, Indiana in 1971 while working the Monon’s maple Hill Branch in quarry-to-mill service.

I have a couple of those Aladdin Caboose lamps in my collection. They burn with a bright, white light. Good to read by [Y]
