Just to make sure…I just now looked, and it is up and running. Of course the black screen is shown first, but the pic. does load very quickly.
I don’t have any answer why someone else can’t pull it up and I can…??

I just clicked the link IN my reply, above, and it worked fine again. But going through the Trains Dot Com links (hovering over the “Interactive” text below the Trains banner and clicking on the “Web Cams” link then clicking on the “Visit the Roanoke, VA web cam” does NOT work (black screen).
You might clear your browser cache and check to be sure you have the latest updates of your browser and video playback programs. Also, you might have something blocking access in your computer… Firewall, or antivirus software. I am not sure what to tell you about that or how to fix it. What browser are you using, what Firewall, what Antivirus software?
This one works for me.
I find I have to copy and paste the URL into the address box on my browser.
