Dont know if they’ll have it running or not that day but the have a fantastic Planetarium Theater.
I wouldn’t mind taking the trip (~ 2 hrs) over to Binghamton. Only problem is, these train shows always end too early in the afternoon (3PM).
Besides the train show, I think Binghamton may have the closest Wegmans … worth the trip alone Always fun going through Roscoe too, though I heard the village, including the Railway Museum, suffered some serious damage by the flooding this past summer.
No, no pics, in fact have always missed the show here in my own back yard![:D]
It has been historically been a wonderful show. Been years since I’ve been there. The museum part (in the old Phelps mansion) has its own HO layout permanently there. We’ll be up early to get there!. The trip shouldnt be that bad. We went down 3 + hours to the Reading PA show this summer.
Yes there is a Wegmans here, in Johnson City (next to Binghamton). Exit 70-72 off I-86(old 17) the MAll exit- its right across from the mall.Very nice large store. Just about anything you want (food wise and other) is there. Nice Deli, and fresh produce section is large , bakery has fantastic high quality stuff.
