Is 15,000 ft of track right?

15000 feet seemed high to me too but that is what I was told. I would beleive 1500 is too low a number though.

The outer loop is double track and at least several hundred feet long with passing sidings, cross-overs and the freight yard I showed you in the video.

The inner loop is triple track, again a few hundred feet around again with cross overs and the yard by the train station which includes passing sidings and an engine house.

Of course my own line is only a couple of hundred feet long inlcuding return loop etc, so I am easily impressed.

a good movie

great video

Wow,what a great video on a marvellous looking railroad however long it is. I am still trying to figure out how they filmed some of the stuff. Looks good sounds good and you are really there. It does not come much better than this. Many thanks to all.

Fantastic camera work as always. Thanks for the great video!

I love those racing scenes throughout the video, along with the doubleheading Forneys. But seriously, a Shay versus a K-27? That’s unfair to no end!

Great photography, great steam shots, wonderful double heading,I was wondering also how the managed some of the shots,
