Anybody ever see a dimmer for standard flourescent lights?
NO , but I think you can get dimmable florescent fixtures ,very expensive .like cfls only the very expensive ones marked for dimmable can safely be dimmed…its the ballast that makes dimming a problem…Jerry
You can also line the plastic lens with a light filter to tone it down.
I use RGB par cans with a DMX controller to get whatever color or brightness I want. You can get started with some panels and a controller for around $300. Its great for taking night pics.
