Roundhouse Harriman RPO mail hooks

I have a Roundhouse Harriman RPO (undecorated) and it didn’t come with any mail hooks or the bar over the other door. Could someone tell me what the bar over the other door is called, and where I can get these accessories in plastic to add to my car. Is there anything for the bar also?

The “safety bar” that the hook pivots on looks like it’s included:

If you need just the bar, all it is is a rod that’s mounted on a short post on either side of the door.
