That’s cool! I’ve never seen a full 360 round house like that before.

I wonder if anyone has photos of the old NYC complex at Selkirk. IIRC, it had TWO turntables, and each of the two roundhouses was a full 180 degrees (or possibly more.) [8D]

Unfortunately, all I have is memories…[:slight_smile:]

The John Street CP Roundhouse, the second of Don7’s picks is actually being restored and will have an operating turntable as well as a bunch of old loco’s in it. Its also the home of Steam Whistle Brewery. I toured the area last summer and I expect I’ll be back this year to see how far along the restoration is coming.

Here is the roundhouse that use to be in my home town of Port Hope, sadly its long gone.
