Hey thanks john. i was just surfing and found quite a few train activities in my area and just thought it would be fun to share . Also to learn and show everyone else differant ideas on places to go!

That was excellent, Zeke !! That should come up every once in a while with many members here traveling this summer !! We’re helping out the economy too !! [(-D]

Thanks, John

That was my point really john. i plan to do some traveling this summer on my harley. I am thinking of sturgis and stopping off at a bunch of great train destinations. I might even try to met up with some members here. Terrorize them, no i mean visit and learn, lol!

Zeke : you better get a trailer for behind your bike !! That way you don’t have to mail stuff home as you make purchases & plus you’ll save on shipping !! [(-D] It’s good to have friends with great ideas !! LOL !!

Thanks,John

john- you are so smart. I will probably be driving most the way cuz my bike is in missouri. So i will pick it up and go from there. Id rather attend many differant train shows and activities the ride to sturgis anyway! Plus the loot i can get … And i would have to meet as many members as willing to meet me too…

Thanks Zeke & when you get to Sturgis, don’t be distracted by the sites & get into an accident or something !! Just another fine tip from one of your good buddies !! [(-D][(-D]

Thanks, John

wow guys lots of activites and sights to see.

There are a few places to see here in south Florida also if you can get here. Florida Gold Coast Railroad Museum in south Miami near the Metro Zoo, The Flagler Museum in Palm Beach FL(east of West Palm Beach) which is mainly an old motel that Henry Flagler(the founder of Florida East Coast Railway) built, Fort Myers has the Murder Mystery Train at night time-great food, west side of Tampa has a trolly system that uses old trolley cars. Also Mount Dora has a short line ride just outside of Orlando FL.
