My layouts have their own individual moscots. For my Cuero&DeWitt Western, it’s my cat Challenger .For my newer Nscale pike it’s my Brother’s cat Chessie. For my O scale Post war Paridise, formerly known as the Paridise & Heaven, it’s my mom’s dog Baby. For my pride and joy, my G scale layout, it’s the only dog that I actually like, my rabbit dog, Rusty.

Consider taking it a step further…[8D][;)]
If you haven’t made up a logo for your railroads, try it. Then photograph your pets and include them with your logo. A digital camera and an ordinary computer would be good for this.
If you can’t make up decals for your models, get Walthers Cornerstone railroad office building kits and you can place your logos on a billboard or sign on top of your building. There is photo and decal paper available at office supply stores.
I remember way back when I was a kid in New York, there were several buildings around town next to the rail yards that had huge railroad logos on them.
