Another question about RR-Track. I just successfully downloaded the latest update for the MTH Realtrax Library. The program indicates that the upgrade was a success, however the update doesn’t seem to have taken effect. When I go to add the 0-72 Wye Section of track (the new piece of track included in the update), the item doesn’t show up in the track section menu. Is this a common problem with the upgrades or have I done something wrong?
To check that the update was inserted into RR track, open the program, click on the help button on the top bar. click on the line item" about RR-track". in the next window, click on libraries, and check the version number and the date of the Realtrax library, verify that the versions are the same.
Hope this helps–
Continuing the Q & A–My RR TRack is still the original (shhh! don’t tell) and I have lost or forgotten how to get it to print gridlines on the layout. They display on my screen, but don’t print, and I can’t seem to locate them on/off toggle in the help or anywhere; just know they used to print and now they don’t
I did check the version number in the About RR-Track Software. The Track Library on the program matches the latest update found on their website. So from this I assume it downloaded correctly. The main problem is that when I go to add the 0-72 Wye section of track, it doesn’t appear under the Track Menu’s Turnout Section, only the normal left & right hand switches appear.
