Why can’t America make one double track electrified main line from coast to coast?
Here in the US, doesn’t BNSF have a long-range electrification plan? Are they still exploring that now that projections call for abundant US oil? I hope they and other Class 1s at least keep their plans on the back burner. That oil won’t last forever.
