Sad news about a museum

Here is a link to the story, http://www.kesq.com/Global/story.asp?S=3749847

The Golden Gate Railroad Museum (www.grrm.com) who has been renting space from the Navy’s Hunters Point ship yard will have to move in the next six months. They allong with all the other tennants are being kicked out because the Navy is giving the land over to the city of San Francisco. Hopefully they can find a new home.

If they know to whom the land is being transfered, especially a city government, is is possible to make arrangements to stay there?

rather it be the city rather than a developer.the city would be more inclined to build shops and a park around a museum than just a regular developer tearing it all down.give it time.
stay safe

This could be a good tourist draw. I hope the city will let the museum stay.

Here in Glenwood Springs, Co the railroad has allowed a railroad museum to be part of the local Amtrak depot, maybe the people in Ca good try to do something similar.
