Several years ago in one of the railroad magazines there was a story from a railfan who had setup his camera on the runaway track on Saluda Hill. He was watching through his camera a freight tiptoeing down the hill. Suddenly he realized the train was coming up the runaway track. Has anyone here seen this article? And what magazine was it in?
