San Diego Trolley rolls out new low-floor vehicles to Blue Line
Great to see universal design make it to mass transit, especially on trolleys. I remember 10 years ago trying to get my son on/off a Green Line train in Boston- what a nightmare. Kudos to San Diego and Siemens!
Too bad the photographer didn’t think to show the low-level cars – which is the theme of the article – AFTER some had broken through the banner rather than being hidden behind it. He may not be up for a prize this year in the local photography competition.
