My deceased wife and I had the privilege of chasing and photographing the railroad and it’s SW-8 blowing it’s K5LA horn. What a neat little operation.
Congratulations to Ed Burkhart and the SLC on their anniversary. How nice to celebrate with a steam locomotive and rare mileage ride. This railroad looks like a business oasis in southwestern Colorado - they must be really good to their customers!
