Sand Patch railroad photography workshop
My father worked this very stretch of the B&O as an operator and then dispatcher in the 1940’s and 50’s. I was born in Meyersdale PA which is part of this stretch. The fee for the workshop is above my paygrade as a retired clergyman but the subject is definitely of personal interest.
I hope that MR will do a featured article about the Sandpatch photo workshop when it is completed. I am sure that the photos and information about this fantastic railroad area would be most helpful and appreciated by anyone who is interested in railroading and model trains.
That would be awesome to attend, but doubtful I could make time with work during August. I hope the participants comment or an article is written about the experience.
