Santa Fe Hammerhead SD45-2B Still Running

I was surprised recently to find a SD45-2B in Wilmington CA. Feels like five years or more since I saw one of these.

Although easier to find, this ex SP SD40T-2 nearby in San Pedro CA is not long for these parts, as Pacific Harbor Line is getting rid of all of their old power.

Nice to see the old haunts have not changed much (MP 27X - Watson Yard on the PCH O/P…why that one track in the foreground is now stub ended/ bridge pile) …at least that beast has not changed to the hideous orange and green along with the GP-7u’s.
