I’m looking at putting sound in a Santa Fe dash 9 and ESU have the soundfiles but what type of horn do Santa Fe use, Nathan 5 chime or Leslie 3 chime?
That’s going to depend on the type of locomotive you’re planning to put the sound into. Most railroads just took whatever the manufacturer put onto them…
The Santa Fe 9-44CWs had Nathan K3LAs. Hope that answers your question!
