HOO RAH… CN FINALLY DID SOMETHING “POSITIVE” FOR A
CHANGE… WHEN CAN WE EXPECT MORE??? NOT HOLDING MY BREATH.
DAS ADLER
Very nice picture.
suprised to see them still in IC paint, but my they look nice though!
Nice photo - worthy of a Christmas card.
Any info?
What happened to the Wisconsin Northern? I thought they operated the segment from Cameron to Almena.
So does twice daily mean there and back (same train) or two trains each way and back? I hope other shippers will return to that branch as well.

Steve Bayorgeon made a good point. Wisconsin Northern had been operating that segent of line from Cameron, West to Barron to serve the chicken processing plant. Was it that CN retained owership of the track and was only leasing it to WN until gold (silica sand) was found? Any thoughts from the fledgling WN at a possible loss of key traffic base?
Never thought I would see that line reopened. Have they restored the passenger train that was on display in Ladysmith that was toppled by the tornado? Haven’t been up that way in several years.
