SantaFe HO Engine Help Please

Hello,

The only place I know to ask would be here. can someone help me ID this engine?? I assumed PA unit, but then again I think I was wrong.

It is made by AHM / Tempo also says Made in Yugoslavia, then towards the lower end, in a stamp that looks like a nut for a bolt it says “IZOLA”

Anymore have any clue Please??

As far as I know AHM never made a PA unit.
How many wheels are there on each truck 4 or 6?
