I have a new release Lionel Ice Station hooked up to my SC-2. When the accessory is not in use, the motor must still be getting some juice because the man is VERY slowly moving and I can faintly hear the motor going. Does the SC-2 have a little bleed through voltage? I have several other accessories hooked up to the same SC-2, but none of them are having a issue. Has anyone else had an similar occurrence?
I have had two SC-2s on my layout for quite a few years and have not seen that problem, but I have never measured the voltage output. I suspect you may be getting the bleed through from some other source. Isolate the SC-2 from all other sources of power and see if you still get bleed through. Also try moving the Ice Station to different contacts to see if you might have a bad set of contacts.

Daveā¦I have three(3) SC-2 on the layout. One just handles switches and the other two handle accessories. I have not encoutered the problem you are descibing. I have not seen the bleed through on anything.
I would disconnect your Lionel Ice Station from the current SC-2 (1 - 6) post that you are using and switch it to a different post to eliminate the problem with the Lionel Ice Station. SC-2 are really finicky.
