I’ve gotten a drawing that is in 1:75 scale which i need to print out in 1:160 scale and i havent got a clue as to what the %'s for the printer will need to be. Thanks in advance greatly appreciated.

Well, 1:75 is about 1/2 of 1:160. Divide 75/160: this will give you .468 or about 47%. Print the drawing at 47% and that should give you the same drawing at 1/160th scale.
