Well, it worked. The Silverado Express loco, a basic “Sow’s ear,” can take switches of the smallest diameter (4ft) if you grind down the center drive wheel’s fange as on the Bachmann Annie. I got out my dremmel on loco number 12 and it took the switches like a professional locomotive.

Now, all I need do is replace the lead wheels and I will have no problem at al!!!

Maybe THATS why mine kept jumping the switches and rolling off into the scenery! Thanks thats good to know [:D] (But I’ll still only use’um for parts[;)]]
