On Thursday I was doing the Island Packet’s crossward puzzle on my lunch hour and one of the clues was “acid found in oak.” I remembered from one of Peter Jones’ columns that oak contains tannic acid. I never would have gotten that clue had it not been for that column. Than you[:)]
