Can anyone recommend a person who can scratch build a car for me?

Might be helpful if you specify what type of car you want made, in what scale, and how complete you want it. A wood boxcar would be fairly simple, while a specialized container car, tank car, etc., could be much more complicated.
A Z-scale model of a Schnabel car with fully operational hydraulic load-shifter (DCC controlled, of course?)
Or maybe a Gn762 model of a Kiso Rintetsu log bunk? (Hint. You can use HO scale wheels with longer axles…)
Or any of the gazillion possible prototypes between.
