sd50 and or sd60 lashup mate's?

what other loco’s have you actually seen that have been lashed up with the two mentioned loco’s? i only live block’s from the up mainline and i really don’t see any sd50/60’s by themselve’s or with other loco’s.i just wonder if any gp loco’s were ever used in the lashup? (perhap’s consist would be a better word)thank’s.terry…

With SD60’s and SD50’s? Well, let’s start the list!

SD40’s, SD40-2’s, GP40’s, GP50’s, SD70MAC’s, SD80MAC’s, GE uboats, SD9’s, GP7’s, GP9’s, F7’s, F9’s, F3’s, GP30’s, GP38’s, GP60’s, an ALCO PA2 and believe it or not, a 2-8-2 heavy Mikado.

All of these were seen on the KCS.

An SD40T-2 look simmilar to the SD50’s and 60’s (not exactly, but have generally the same shape and size). Another one of my favorites are the Geep 60Ms & B’s.

All locomotives are m.u’d with whatever’s available. SD50s and SD60s have been lashed up with everything from GP9s to GEVOs.

thank’s to all for the info.i do see some ac4400’s i beleive on the up siding’s here in atchison.will have to keep looking for the sd50/60’s. i have a gp60m i could use and will have to look into some gp40’s etc.i don’t know if kcs has u-boat’s left.will have to do some surfing.terry…
